Boeing B-52D Stratofortress: 509BW Pease AFB

RetroWings RW44100 B-52B/C/D/E conversion kit for Revell B-52G/H (4583/4584) kits. 

J-57 engines with pylons, 2x short pylons (outboard), and 2x long pylons (inboard). These pylons are designed to fit the Revell #4583/4584 B-52G/H kit wings. I will mate Minicraft pylons to the resin engines.

Engine exhaust and faces. 

B-52B/C/D/E/F tall tail. Very finely scribed panel lines. 

B-52B/C/D/E/F large wing tanks. The frontal bulge appears very nicely done. 

Forward fuselage with integrally molded cockpit. Include two EJ seats and cockpit window framing with very thin clear portion, but I think this is just flash. I will clean up all openings and add Micro Crystal Clear to cockpit and rear gunner positions. 

Escape hatch molding is a little pronounced, but nice. More cockpit details that the Revell kit, though I doubt much will be seen. 

Rear gunners position and turret nicely moulded. I will have to create new gun barrels from plastic rod. 

The only damage was the starboard horn broken off.
