Glued the roof panels in place and sanded everything down to the roofs level

After putting putty 😄 on the roof, it looked crazy an for a lot of work. But it went more easily than expected

So far so good. The roof is all right to me. It will become a vinylroof, so it's ok. Only have to add the chrome trim.

Damned. After filling the hoods it looks like there is more work to do. Something went wrong with it.... The right hood it the blue one.

Basic color of the interior is done. Thinking about the contrast color for it (turquise or blue). Note the light blue engine for now.

What color is the nearest to Bahia Green? I can tell so far: not 52660 (not on the pages) and also not 53694. Next try: 53660

This are the three colors I ordered so far. They don't raally fit to the sample (see picture #19) .... That sucks.

At least I ended up with 5 colors. My favorite will be the far right (52730). On the backside of the spoon I added clear cote and I'm fine with it. I'd take a better picture.

Album info

So here I'm aiming to
- a convertion to standard coupe.
- clean and smooth
- adding the optional vinyl roof
- probably it will get those wired hub caps
- plan b are the Ralley II wheels
- plan c are the "classic" diamond spokes in aluminum.

Color is not decided yet but not red because I have one in red. I think of some blue or green.
