This is a "special" one, as it was technically never used in a rally. It represents the Ford Fiesta WRC which Hayden Paddon and John Kennard would have raced in the 2019 Rally Finland had they not had an unfortunate accident in testing, destroying the car :-/ I really like the livery of the car and decided to try to make a model of it even before the crash. With the help of some good modelling friends it eventually came to this unique model.

Base kit is the 1/24 Fiesta by Belkits. The excellent gravel wheels and rear-view mirrors came from KMP. The complete rear of the car was scratch build (it is not the transkit you can now buy from KMP, but the lessons learned were used in realizing that transkit 😉).
