The 1:72 Revell GMBH RF-4E kit is just a rework of the older F-4B kit with a multi-piece nose to represent the recon version. It is not a very good representation of the RF-4 nose, so I modified it by adding the Matchbox RF-101B camera nose and long pitot tube from Minicraft F/A-18 kit. I also added J-79 burner cans from Testors RF-4C/E kit. I did not add the canards. I used Microscale 72-137 Fancy Phantom decals to model YRF-4C 62-12200.
