Tamiya Grasshopper (2005)

This is my 2005 release Tamiya Grasshopper.
I purchased it secondhand as a runner with all the electrics and radio gear supplied but light pods were missing.
It was originally sprayed half silver, half black with the Grasshopper decals used.
I sourced some suitable pods in a joblot of RC stuff on eBay which determined what colour i would use for the respray but i cannot recall what paint i used.
To be different i used some decals from the Rising Fighter to finish it off and got some Pro Star rear wheels in yellow which are now very rare, the white and red wheels for front and rear often come up for sale, mainly in the USA where they were made but not the yellow ones, i haven't personally found evidence of any others for sale or sold.

I'm not sure whether to redo this shell or purchase another either in white or Candy Green.
I have some TS-52 Candy Lime Green paint as i actually fancy the green scheme, the Grasshopper decal sheet, some uprated steering rods which i got from USA, some black light pods with caged fronts able to accept LED lights, an LED light set from Captain Jacks Models, another driver figure i can paint as i wish, the rear end from a Tamiya Hornet to upgrade the shockers and finally some brand new original wheels.
