Iron Eagle: F-16A "BA"

The idea is to replicate the F-16 as seen in the movie franchise "Iron Eagle". As you all know, these were Israeli F-16's disguised as USAF aircraft.
The build will be OOB, except the decals, which will have to come from my stash.
