before some postshading with heavy diluted black
all markings are airbrushed
filled the ejector marks and opened the exhausts
yellow not broad enough and Jan Zumbach had a white strip
props are still the wrong shape to me but the painting is now ok
before oil wash
now with burnt umber oil wash on the underside

I got this kit for almost nothing at an exhibition with the intention to use only the control stick for another project. But I think it is a pity to throw away this beautiful kit so I bought the Techmod decals to build it into Jan Zumbach's Spitfire.
