1958 Corvette Roadster C1 - wip
I thought, the body was prepared for clear coat. But....
...I was wrong. Something didn't work out. So I had to strip down the color.
The rest of the kit is done so far.
second try, another issue.
Third try of the paint job *lol*. Here clear cote. You see, that it was at the same time like the C2.
Sure, I was thinking about to paint it in another color. But the undercarriage is done silver.
The last job on the body: chrom trim and the black inlays at the side.
Decals not yet installed.
Bumpers got a new layer of chrome.
After wet sanding and polishing, I think I'm done with the body. Except the black inlays on the sides.
Interior is done, all decals placed.
The body is done. Like it.
Nearly done. Put BMF on it and brought chassis and body together

It all starts with this 1958 Corvette. My Silver Corvette Collection.
I want to build something unusual. Not even red with White, something different. My choice is silver with black.
