I love Monte Carlo's, the '76-77 4 headlight cars were the best looking 70's land yacht ever.
When the downsized GM A bodies came out I was disappointed, but the Monte Carlo's still looked very cool, SS versions with LT1's are proper little hot rods 😉

I like the side view. This sexy hips😉 What I don't like on this car is the front bumper. It's not that elegant like the rest of the car. The engine is fine.

With my skills today I'd convert the Roof into "my" T-Top Version. After I cut of two model kits sucessfully, I'd like to have it here too.

I'm with Munky 76-77' are the best years. Nice lines. I like the 70-72's too especially Big Block 454s.

Yeah Bill those early single headlight 70's cars were proper muscle, the mid 70's land yachts were wallowing cruisers even if they were pretty 😉

*lol* funny, guys 🙂

In Germany you don't find the mid 70s often. So this would be one of them I would buy. I like all the edges and big plan body parts. It is great.

Album info

Donks! Holy...... Man.

The motto "Free"

We could do, what we want. It lasted months before I even got an idea, what to do with it! I didn't get in touch with this kit. A "Donk" is not my world. So I just didn't high up the chassis and used the regular pins for the wired wheels (i like the rims anyhow!). I painted the rims with Tamiya smoke to get them fit to the lower body section. It doesn't come out on the pictures: the lower part of the body is painted black and polished with a powder with which you can improve chrome look. I don't know how to describe it. The interior got some flocking.
I was thinking about a paint job like a low rider but didn't made it. The fact, that the model kit had to be ready on the next Christmas party let me run out of time and I played it save.
It turned out as a cool car.
