1958 Volkswagen T1 no "Dr. Oetker" - wip
That's in the box.
First I had to select, what parts I don't need and sorted them out. As usual, I built components together for painting.
The "inside" of it was quickly done. Than filler the body parts outside and tape them together to paint the body color..
I don't like this 100s-part-body. You see, that it is light ivory inside - like Dr. Oetker?
I've chosen a simple gray for it.
After it is dry, I'll decide whether it'll get a clear coat or not.
No chrome. All black. Like a standard Bulli.
Half of the body is done. I let it sit a couple days before the rest follows.
The last picture before the passenger door was shut.
Habe the bad paintjob on the roof another try....
