Ghibli: Spirited Away (No Face + Frog Man)
Here's what we'll need to start with: a 1/150 scale figure and a cheap, mispainted figure of No Face...
The figure needs some adjustment, so bring out the epoxy putty. Before And after.
Next we need a cup full of silicone... I wonder where No Face went?
Ahh, there he is. I wonder what's down there?
A little bit of paint and we're reenacting a scene from the movie.
Time to take the plunge. Added a bit of Black paint for colour and a tiny bit of fishing line to the frogman' foot to keep him teathered and not go too deep into the mold.
Look what I ate for dinner...
The frogman is a bit more visible than I thought...
Looks ready for a spa treatment.
Hmmm... we seem to have a bit of an acne problem...
Added a bit of putty, sanded, primed and painted.
You can still see the frog
And done... still see a bit of the bubbles... but whatever.
