AREA 88: F11F-1 Tiger (Gary MacBurn)

I love these old Hasegawa "white" boxes. So nice to look at! 

Not a lot of flash on sprues this old. Some parts won't be needed because the Blue Angels have no armaments. 

The cockpit decals are nice. Added some weight to the nose, just in case. 

Am I brave enough to attempt to mask and paint instead of use the decals? You bet I am! 

The XF-16 Aluminium coat is done.. but no peeking until I do round two... the yellow! 

Of course, to get a nice coat of yellow (especially over blue)... use X-15 pink! 

Touched up. Wheels on. Time for Future and decals!
