Opel Blitz truck by Tamiya and 20mm Flak 38 by Ace in 1/48 make up this Flak truck dating back to the Eastern front in 1942. I made the Flak base from scratch, opened the truck driver window and lowered the truck bed sides and back gate to "armed and ready" appearance. Models were painted with Vallejo and Tamiya acrylics and weathered with AK washes, paneliners, pigments and lastly pencils. I really like how the rust came out on the Flak base square channel.

Models 16 and 17 for 2021! I should be really going back to finish some airplanes modelw now 🙂
