Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer, Prague uprising May 1945 - Tamiya 1/48. During the Prague uprising against the Germans a number of Hetzers were captured at local repair shops and many lacked their cannons. Armor plates were hastily applied in place of cannons along with a machine gun. During the overhaul at the repair shops they were stripped of the camouflage and left in red oxide primer with only the road wheels and some details in Dunkelgelb. My model is weathered to show wear on the primer with various dents, scratches and rain marks and steel color on corners to show wear as well as some light dusting on the hull and schurzen. Flag was made from tissue paper in white glue and hand painted. Model number 10 for 2022.
