Lamp repair: Aluminium part with 3 holes drilled in it: dimensions 4*2*1 cm. The disadvantage is that the momentum created by the map around the fixing is a lot larger (that is why the original piece is atempting the same with only two holes) makign the lamp sometimes to rotate around the stand. If I would have to do it again i would foresee a pen to let the part rest against the stand. 

Lamp repair: the Aluminium part has one hole to fix it to the stand, and a second one to put a screw through to block the lamp. A third hole perpendicular to the second one allows to enter the lamp in the piece.

The rick is to carefully measure the size, and placement of the holes
