Scratch-built Wasteland Cruiser
Body is AMT '40 Willys coupe, front fenders are bed sides from AMT Chevy Cameo.
Skull is cut from plastic Halloween shot glass.
I removed trunk lid from body so I could detail trunk area.
Chassis scratch-built from styrene, brass, and leftover kit parts.
Front wheels are leftover kit parts, rear wheels are from Hot Wheels Monster Jam toy. Engine is kit leftover.
Scratchbuilt drum used for fuel tank.
Rear fender wheel-clearance cutouts repurposed as ornamental horns.
Hedgehog-inspired pneumatic Molotov cocktail launcher.
Trunk box with fuel tank and rear-aimed flamethrower.
Chassis with engine, hedgehog, and trunk box in place.
Finished model.
Box structure on roof is meant to be a rear-view periscope.
