3 days of modelling. More like 3 hours... I built up all the main parts on Monday. Used Tamiya lacquer paint for most of it due to its quick drying properties. Hence the project took only a few hours spread over three days
All tamiya lacquer paints bar revell anthracite enamel for the tyres. Underside is insignia white which has a nice off-white look. Grey is German grey. Glossed with lacquer paint clear before decals which were applied with Future/Klear.
As per box build of this old kit. Turned out to be a 3 day long project.
I know there are better kits than this, but as it was a gift from my deceased mother, the kit had sentimental value to me. Its been in my stash since at least 1998/1999 and sitting on the shelf of pending kits most of that time.
Finally got it started it last Monday. Finished it today.
